"My Plan"
1.  I am planning on having my project during the day of Spring Break, and lighting it with a white side light, each scene.  I will be taking photos of still life scenes that are composed of all man-made objects, with one accent of something that will be directly from nature, like a leaf, or a fresh fruit or vegetable that is full of color against the bland background of the scene.  It will all occur in my house or backyard.

2.  I chose this photo project to emphasize the idea of humanity versus nature, and I love still life because I feel like the type of photography tells a story that you just can feel and know, but can't necessarily put into words exactly why the photographer posed their subjects the way that they did.  I am planning on photographing one per day over Spring break, with whatever is on my mind, at mid-day as to get the best lighting.  There will be at least one or two white lights on the subject to light it perfectly.  I hope to stretch my creativity levels and I hope to learn more about who I am as an artist and if this is the type of photography that I most want to pursue, and what kinds of things I want to say with my photos.  I anticipate the brainstorming and how I will set the scenes and what they will look like when I finish the project and how the photos will change how I look at myself as an independent artist.
